Dr. Gazzingan was certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine in 1996 and recertified in 2006.

Prior to moving to North Carolina, she was physician partner with two large medical groups in Western New York for thirteen years. Upon moving to North Carolina, she joined the Eastern North Carolina Medical Group and worked in their Zebulon office for two years.

With her extensive experience, Heritage Internal Medicine is committed to improve the health of patients by providing high quality, cost-effective and accessible health care. By using systematically the fully integrated information technology (Electronic Health Records, Practice Management and Patient Portal systems) our physician enables to coordinate, monitor and manage the highest level of care for our patients. Moreover this will help us to measure the practice clinical quality and improve clinical outcomes at the point of care.

Dr. Gazzingan currently resides in Youngsville with her husband and daughter.
